A private, read-only Gmail integration used to process property-listing alerts for a personal property-monitoring workflow.
What the application does
The application reads messages in the Google account that explicitly authorizes access. It identifies property-alert messages, extracts listing facts needed by the property monitor, and records those facts in a private database.
Google data requested
The unattended collector requests the Gmail read-only OAuth scope. This permits reading messages and message metadata. It does not permit the application to send email, compose drafts, delete messages, or modify mailbox contents.

- Property-alert content is used only to update the private property-monitoring database.
- Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
- Access credentials are stored separately from source code and are not committed to public repositories.
- The account owner can revoke access through Google Account security settings.
Availability
This is a personal-use application. It is not offered as a public service and does not accept public account registrations.
